Functionality   

  • MIP and MPR
  • Oblique slice and slice views with interactive control
  • Histogram-based window/level control
  • Zoom
  • Basic signal and measurements including mean, sigma, profiling
  • Basic geometrical measure-ments
To use a free incorporated DICOM viewer one should do the following:
  • Start Cobra 7 application (CobraGUI.exe)
  • In pull-down menu select Tools / After Reconstruction / Open MPR Viewer
  • In pull-down menu use Open / Open CT Volume to open slices
