Exxim is developing the technology
for supplementing conventional
C-Arms with 3D features (work in progress)

The
design provides cone-beam CT image acquisition and
reconstruction. It is suitable for a
wide range of mobile units.

C-Arm Geometry Extraction On-the-Fly
|
|
Exxim
has found efficient ways to register the X-ray
system in 3D, using the projection data. This is
essential for Cone Beam Tomography with C-Arms.

In
many cases, even non-iso centric C-arm can be used to acquire a sufficient
data set
